Blue lotus flower was sacred to the Egyptians, associated with the god Nefertum (Nefertem, Nefer-temu) and sun-god Ra as the bringer of light ~ enlightenment. Blue lotus gently targets the pituitary-pineal glands, known to be the master organs that essentially regulate consciousness in the body and believed to control how we perceive life.
Blue Lotus is a nervine and anti-spasmodic, also commonly used as a natural sedative.
