Suggested Preparation:
1 heaping tbsp. per 8 to 12oz steeped a minimum of 15 min. Take as needed, before creative or divination practices. Try iced with squeezed lemon for a transformation.
My preferred method for making loose leaf tea is using a French press so the herbs can expand.
